**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
- Support the Insights Manager in analyzing data from various sources and coordinating the agenda with vendors and stakeholders.
- Support the design of methodolgoies to address business questions, coordinating with vendors requirements and supervising fieldwork, as well as aligning with Insights Manager the findings, narrative and content to share with stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and data visualization aligned with Insights Manager as well as manage the administrative taks regarding payment to vendors & budget compliance for the specific needs regarding his/her role.

**Your Impact**

As **Growth & Performance Insights Analyst** your functions would consist of
- Prepares reports, analysis and coordinates the presentation of findings.
- Works along Vendors to prepare solutions to the business questions.
- Aligns with the Insights Manager the methodologies and recommendations
- Ensures compliance with timelines and delivery of data and supports the administrative taks.
- Works along Business Analytics to prepare the analysis

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Economic & Admin areas, Marketing, Data Science, Actuary or Engineer (required)
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG industry or experience with Vendors as Nielsen, Kantar or Research Agencies (preferred)
- Knowledge of BI descriptive analytical software: VBA Excel, Econometric Models,Tableau Desktop, Power BI, SQL, Access, Tableau Prep and Knime or Alteryx
- Experience in Market Research, Consultant Agencies or Retailers / E-commerce (i.e. Ipsos, McKinsey, BCG, Mercado Libre Insights, BEES - Desirable)
- English language proficiency both oral and written (required)
- Experience managing projects and preparing analysis. (rquired)
- Curious, passionate and with desire to learn.
- Analytical skills basic - medium level
