**Sobre el rol**:
Como un **SOFTWARE ENGINEER KOTLIN(5062)**, formarás parte de un equipo tecnológico y ágil altamente calificado por respaldar y desarrollar soluciones de vanguardia para cumplir con los requisitos de nuestro negocio. Nos ayudará a acelerar los resultados empresariales de nuestros clientes mediante la innovación de productos digitales de vanguardia.

**Algunos de tus deberes esenciales y responsabilidades laborales del día a día serán**:

- Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y mantener aplicaciones de software utilizando Kotlin como lenguaje principal de programación.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de desarrollo para planificar, estimar y priorizar tareas.
- Participar en reuniones de planificación, revisiones de código y otras actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo de software.
- Contribuir al diseño y arquitectura de sistemas de software, asegurándote de que estén bien estructurados, sean escalables, seguros y cumplan con los requisitos del cliente.
- Identificar y solucionar problemas de manera eficiente, utilizando técnicas de depuración y herramientas de monitoreo para garantizar el rendimiento y la estabilidad del software.
- Optimizar el rendimiento del software mediante el análisis de código, la identificación de cuellos de botella y la implementación de mejoras en el rendimiento.
- Asegurarse de que el software desarrollado cumpla con los estándares de seguridad y privacidad establecidos.
- Implementar prácticas de codificación segura y participar en evaluaciones de seguridad y pruebas de penetración según sea necesario.
- Crear y mantener documentación técnica detallada, incluyendo especificaciones de diseño.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros ingenieros de software, diseñadores, analistas de negocio y otros miembros del equipo para lograr los objetivos del proyecto de manera efectiva y eficiente.

**Requisitos para la vacante**:

- Experiência 2 a 4 años en programación Core.
- Tener un título universitario en informática, ingeniería de software.
- Estar familiarizado con sistemas de control de versiones como Git.
- Trabajar en equipo utilizando metodologías de desarrollo colaborativo.
- Ser capaz de abordar problemas complejos de manera efectiva y demostrar habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
- Entusiasmo por resolver problemas complicados y complejos de formas probadas y vanguardistas.
- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Disposición demostrada para enseñar a otros y aprender nuevas técnicas.
