**Position Purpose**:
Support the design and implementation of the Strategies for the Retail Environment. Work together with the CDT Leader and Marketing team.

**Let’s talk about responsibilities**:

- Prepare the Promotional Grid for the RE.
- Execute & Track the 5Ps Strategies by RE.
- Manage and control the GTN investment for the RE.
- Follow up and control the activities in the store (ROI analysis).
- Deep analysis of the RE in the different KPIs: Sell in, Sell out, Numeric & Weighted Distribution, SOM, SOS, SOF, etc.
- Develop and follow up the Go to Market Strategy.
**What you need for this position**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in field sales ( Multinational companies
- consumer goods)
- Intermediate-advanced English level
- Excel intermediate
**Desirable**:

- Experience in trade marketing
- SAP management
- Experience with different channels: direct, indirect, pharmacies
