- Análisis de perfiles y estrategias de contratación.
- Explicar las condiciones y modalidades de empleo en diferentes países.
- Negociar paquetes de ofertas.
- Participar en el proceso de coordinación de la entrevista con el cliente.
- Esta función también requiere que sea flexible y realice tareas fuera de esta especificación de vez en cuando, según sea necesario.
- **Calificaciones**:_
- Fluidez en el uso de computadoras, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones de software.
- Fluidez en inglés (casi nativo).
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar.
- Experto en tecnología con interés en la tecnología de nueva generación: se siente cómodo haciendo las cosas de una manera diferente, solucionando problemas y recomendando nuevas tecnologías.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Lima, Peru (lunes a viernes de 9AM a 6PM).
