**Responsibilities**:
- Learn about the current CMS infrastructure and adapt to bring the system in-house
- Lead the design and architecture of the CMS infrastructure, considering scalability, security, and performance
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure interoperability with third-party systems and data sources
- Implement strategies to ensure the CMS scales efficiently to accommodate growing data and user loads
- Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring responsiveness
- Evaluate and manage relationships with CMS vendors, ensuring the selection of reliable and scalable solutions
- Stay informed about updates and advancements in CRM technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CMS developers, administrators, data security engineers and business analysts
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CMS infrastructure design, configurations, and integrations
- Establish and enforce security measures to protect sensitive CMS data
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans specific to the CMS infrastructure
- Conduct regular tests and drills to validate the effectiveness of recovery procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on CRM system infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of CRM principles and best practices
- Experience with CRM platforms, with a preference for expertise in YetiForce CRM
- Strong understanding of database design, API integration, and system interoperability
- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools
**Salary**: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month
