Key Responsibilities:

- Cumplir con los indicadores y metas asignadas correspondientes del Crédito Individual
- Estar al d
- a conforme a las capacitaciones correspondientes del puesto asignado
- Cambaceo y apertura de nichos de mercados de Microempresarios con necesidad de Crédito Individual
- Asegurar el cumplimiento y correcta aplicación de las políticas, procesos y protocolos de VFM.
- Resultados orientados a la satisfacción del cliente
- Analizar cuantitativamente y cualitativamente el negocio de los prospectos con el fin de generar una cartera sana
- Dar seguimiento a la gestión de cobranza con el cliente moroso, dejar constancia y llenar los formatos correspondientes
- Integrar correctamente los expedientes de los créditos generados
- Atención de prospectos y clientes en sucursal
- Compromiso con la Misión, Visión y Valores Organizacionales.
