SSC Payment Analyst

**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de culminar los proyectos asignados en el tiempo establecido.
- Apoyo en la preparación de documentación requerida por auditors.
- Analizar puntos de mejora en los procesos actuales de pago.
- Cumplir con los SLA establecidos para cada proceso de pago.
- Apoyar en las preparación y análisis de métricas para visibilidad de las operaciones.
- Mantener un nível de satisfacción alto con las operaciones.
- Atención de tickets.
- Ejecución de pagos según la segregación asignada.
- Soporte en pruebas requeridas para migraciones o funcionamiento de nuevos sistemas.

Requisitos
- Conocimiento técnico básico o experiência previa en el área de Pagos.
- Buena comprensión de procedimientos y conceptos propios del área técnica o funcional y otros conocimientos generales de otras áreas que impactan en los procesos de pagos.
- Comprensión profunda de conceptos y técnicas especializadas de su área funcional y de otras áreas funcionales relacionadas que impactan en los procesos de pagos.
- Buena comprensión de conceptos y procedimientos técnicos de su propia área
