- The Coordinator - Site Facilities coordinates the Major Hazard Facility site management including SHES, facilities maintenance, site services, delivery/dispatch, waste management, and bushland management to meet the needs of the Technical, Operations, Engineering, and distribution onsite customers**What you will be doing**
- Key Accountabilities Coordinates contractors to ensure SHES standard and guidelines are adhered to Assists the line manager is ensuring all conditions related to all regulatory approvals and licences are complied with Provides of service and solutions including plant and equipment, facilities, projects, engineering support, facilities development and office equipment and fit outs Completes on time of preventative / reactive maintenance not assigned to contracting companies Delivers accountability and dispatch of goods Fulfils key warden accountability during initiation of emergency systems Provides IT services as directed by IT group Assists line manager in the rollout of maintenance and project works Assists in the implementation of SHES and risk reduction systems. Supervises and ensures preventative / reactive maintenance works are completed (including Orica maintenance paperwork) Assists line manager in the control and management of expenditure for CFC budget Operates and performs checks on Water & Sewerage Treatment plant**What you will bring**
- With tertiary or technical qualification - up to 2 years experience post qualification.
- Without formal qualifications - up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.-

**Your qualifications**
- Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
- OR
