You will be joining the Supply Chain team in Perú. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.

**What would your role look like?**

Support activities related with import and export coordination of finished goods, raw materials and equipment. Custom agents & freight forwarders management, booking reservations, export plant to IC and direct clients, official certifications and documents associated and sample management.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an specialist in foreign trade, with 2-3 years of experience managing import and export operations in similar positions to perform the following functions and tasks:

- Export plan management, in coordination with planning and warehouse.
- Export coordination and execution to IC and direct clients.
- Import coordination, including documents, certifications, DAM/DUA tax payments and delivery to warehouse.
- Management of export documents (invoice, packing list, COO, COA, BL/AWB).
- Certificate of origin generation with CLL and other certifications that could be needed with VUCE.
- Transport Management (inland freight) request, from warehouse to terminals.
- Import and Export cost provision and report.
- Daily Tracking of on-going/ in transit foreign trade operations.
- Internal reports for FI and other requested areas (monthly DAMs, billing, drawback).
- Sample management and delivery (couriers).
- Work in coordination with custom agents, freight forwards, internal areas as planning, customer service, procurement, FI and external entities as Digesa, CLL and other local authorities.
