**Misión**:
Implementar y monitorear la correcta y oportuna ejecución de políticas, procedimientos y acciones de Seguridad de acuerdo con los principios humanitarios y del deber de cuidado (Duty of Care), a fin de cuidar que los programas de HIAS, su personal y los participantes de sus servicios interactúen en condiciones seguras de acuerdo con los lineamientos y principios organizacionales.

**Funciones Principales**
- Asistir a la dirección así como a programas en el levantamiento de información de seguridad del país que pueda repercutir en el funcionamiento y atención regular de HIAS Perú.
- Hacer análisis de contexto nacional y evaluaciones de riesgos de seguridad en las zonas donde HIAS Perú opera a nível nacional.
- Identificar cambios y tendencias en el acceso humanitario y el entorno de seguridad en Perú y territorios donde opera HIAS.
- Apoyar a la dirección, área de programas y a las regiones en la coordinación y fortalecimiento de acciones de seguridad con autoridades locales (civiles y militares) en pro del adecuado funcionamiento de la operación de HIAS Perú.
- Brindar soporte en el proceso de implementación y monitoreo de la política y procedimientos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, seguridad física y personal a nível de todas las oficinas a nível nacional, así como en otras políticas que pudiesen requerir de orientación relacionada a seguridad.
- Capacitar a los equipos en terreno y oficina Nacional en materia de seguridad personal y colectiva y en respuesta a incidentes y situaciones de crisis.
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las oficinas a nível nacional para verificar que su infraestructura cumple con las condiciones de seguridad adecuadas.
- Reportar todos los incidentes de seguridad y mantener la base de datos de incidentes de seguridad actualizada.
- Planificar y realizar misiones regulares y específicas de evaluación de la seguridad en el terreno; recopilar información, analizarla y elaborar los respectivos reportes con el fin de determinar acciones de corrección necesarias.
- Realizar las verificaciones de seguridad respectivas de zonas o terreno en donde se planee ejecutar misiones o desplazamientos por parte de los funcionarios de HIAS a través de un protocolo de seguridad en las distintas localidades.
- Participar en la definición del plan de rutas para identificar las opciones más seguras para el desarrollo de actividades programáticas.
- Identificar y reportar incidentes, riesgos y amenazas que puedan afectar al funcionamiento seguro de HIAS Perú y propone acciones preventivas y/o correctivas.
- Generar, actualizar e implementar los planes de contingencia de las oficinas que incluye el equipamiento de estas con insumos de seguridad y desarrollo de simulacros de evacuación en conjunto con puntos focales asignados.
- Controlar el mantenimiento de equipos de seguridad en conjunto con el área administrativa de cada locación.
- Actuar como punto focal para dar directrices y coordinar con las partes que corresponda ante situaciones emergentes que se puedan presentar.
- Brindar orientación sobre temas de seguridad para la realización de eventos.
- Apoyar a la dirección de programas y gerencia de operaciones en lo relacionado a temas de seguridad y control de los vehículos de HIAS Perú.
- Diseñar, planificar y monitorear junto a la dirección de programas intervenciones seguras de la cartera de proyectos en las regiones de intervención de HIAS en Perú.
- Elaborar reportes de seguimiento y alerta de los programas y proyectos que HIAS Perú desarrolla.
- Cooperar con la elaboración de informes y reportes según se requiera
- Colaborar con el monitoreo presupuestal y plan de compras relacionadas a la seguridad y de los equipos, socios implementadores/locales beneficiarios y no beneficiarios en áreas de intervención.
- Realizar los informes y reportes en caso de suscitarse eventos o incidentes críticos que se deban remitir al departamento de Safety and Security en HQ.
- Mantener una comunicación constante con los diferentes puntos de seguridad (Guardias, Supervisores y Empresas Contratistas) con el fin de supervisar novedades, y dar acciones o sugerencias correctivas en cada una de las localidades.
- Mantener reuniones con la frecuencia necesaria con el asesor de seguridad regional de HIAS.
- Realizar funciones adicionales que le sean asignadas inherentes a la posición.

**Perfil Requerido**:
Estudios:

- Título profesional en Ciencias Administrativas, de Procesos o Seguridad Pública o Privada, o carreras afines.

Experiência:

- Mínima de 5 años coordinando y desarrollando gestión técnica y administrativa de Seguridad en terreno de preferencia en Organizaciones no Gubernamentales con enfoque social.
