**Descripción del puesto**

Estamos buscando un **Machine Learning Engineer**,** para sumarse al equipo de GEN AI Lab dentro de Producto, para trabajar con equipos multiculturales y multidisciplinarios que constantemente desafiarán tus límites y te llevarán a pensar de manera innovadora. Tu objetivo será llevar adelante experimentación y research de GEN AI en relación a nuestro producto.

**Responsabilidades**
- Diseñar, implementar y capacitar LLM para abordar tareas específicas de PNL, como generación de texto, análisis de sentimientos, reconocimiento de entidades nombradas, resumen de texto, respuesta a preguntas y más.
- Capacitar a los LLM en conjuntos de datos a gran escala utilizando técnicas y marcos de última generación, como TensorFlow, PyTorch o Hugging Face Transformers.
- Realizar investigaciones para mejorar los LLM existentes o desarrollar modelos novedosos adaptados a aplicaciones específicas.
- Analizar el rendimiento del modelo, identifique áreas de mejora e itere el proceso de desarrollo para lograr los resultados deseados.
- Colaborar con ingenieros y desarrolladores de software para implementar soluciones basadas en LLM en entornos de producción.

**Habilidades**
- Comprensión profunda de los LLM y sus arquitecturas, incluida la experiência práctica con modelos basados en transformadores (por ejemplo, BERT, GPT).
- Fuerte conocimiento y experiência práctica en el entrenamiento de Redes Neuronales Profundas.
- Comprensión sólida de los principios y técnicas del aprendizaje automático, incluido el aprendizaje supervisado y no supervisado, el aprendizaje profundo y el aprendizaje por refuerzo.

**Requerimientos**
- Más de 3 años de experiência en aprendizaje automático y aprendizaje profundo, con enfoque en PNL.
- Experiência con plataformas de computación en la nube (por ejemplo, GCP) y tecnologías de contenedorización (por ejemplo, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Gran dominio de lenguajes de programación como Python, junto con experiência en el uso de bibliotecas y marcos como TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn y NLTK.
