**Description and Requirements**:
**Objetivo principal**:
La posición de HR Student trabaja bajo la supervisión de la HR Partner responsable por los equipos de Peru, BUPE y Centro América y Caribe para brindar soporte en las diversas acciones de la gestión de HR “One Lenovo”.

**Principales tareas a cargo**:

- Apoyo en la gestión de clima y cultura (organización de eventos / actividades internas)
- Apoyo en la gestión de comunicaciones internas del site.
- Apoyo en la gestión de Atracción de Talento (screening de CVs, filtro telefónico inicial, coordinaciones de agendas de entrevista, apoyo en procesos de Onboarding, entre otros).
- Apoyo en la gestión de actividades de Learning & Development del site.
- Apoyo en la gestión de Well-being / Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del site.
- Apoyo administrativo en lo relacionado a actualización de políticas y procedimientos de HR, así como en la atención de consultas de parte del team de Perú.
- Apoyo con investigación de información de mercado para mantener competitividad en cuanto a beneficios y HR best practices.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de 8vo ciclo de las carreras de Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.
- Conocimientos de legislación laboral local (deseable*).
- Conocimiento de Workday (deseable*)
- Dominio de Microsoft Office y plataformas digitales relacionadas.
- Dominio de Canva u otras webs de diseño gráfico y composición de imágenes.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Skills:
- Capacidad de aprendizaje / adaptabilidad
- Accountability
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas
- Skills de organización y planificación sólidos.
- Skills de comunicación (oral y escrita) altamente desarrollados.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y relacionamiento a todo nível
