Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Design detailed specifications for new processes for our in-house claims and case management system.
- Test approved and implemented specifications before going into production.
- Implement and integrate tested specifications in our in-house claims and case management system.
- Identify and report ongoing requirements for claims and case management system based on evolving business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data, and to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
- Work with external vendors and partners to obtain data and integrate it into our systems.
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand their daily requirements and create dashboards, create reporting for all users using Power BI to ensure a better user experience.
- Identify possible patterns in errors and missing information which would help in rectifying the system requirements.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations that have led to measurable business improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages, such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Excel or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of insurance industry data and processes is a plus.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Ability to plan process improvements to ensure business requirements are fulfilled using technology
- Ability to engage with your peers to get results needed.
- An ability to interact positively with a wide array of stakeholders & executives and to convey technical concerns / concepts in layman terms.
- Positive and proactive, with great initiative.

**Salary**: S/.3,200.00 per month
