The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing implementation and launch of technology projects and programs (comprised of multiple projects) for a corporate DEV OPS organization that consists of several engineering teams. In this role, the Project Manager may need to fill the role of Scrum Master, as well as handle traditional project management duties as defined by PMI. Ability to effectively navigate and manage waterfall projects, Agile projects (Scrum and Kanban) as well as hybrids. The Project Manager will work closely with the Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineering teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure each project is aligned with organization’s goals and delivered on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex, large scale projects that are highly technical & cross functional
- Use critical thinking techniques to bring order in chaotic situations
- Perform project management duties as defined by PMI (e.x. initiating, planning, estimating, monitoring, etc.)
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and engineering teams to deliver project’s objectives on time and with high degree of quality
- Manage Stakeholders expectations and provide regular updates on project’s health using relevant metrics
- Facilitate establishment of effective agile processes within teams and act as Scrum Master
- Remove impediments and make sure teams have what they need to be successful
- Establish and manage Data-Driven approach to tracking projects status (e.x. establish and track relevant set of metrics that reflect projects health)
- Create and maintain relevant project documentation (e.x. WBS, Schedule, Risk Register, Stakeholders Register, RACI, meeting notes, action items, etc.)
- Insure that project’s artifacts are compliant with internal and external audits (e.x. by completing appropriate JIRA fields, keeping projects up to date in various dashboards, data driven reporting needs, etc.)
- Lead and motivate team members and ensure product delivery is completed with quality and timeliness.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing technology and software projects
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in leading and coaching agile teams
- Must be comfortable discussing IT Infrastructure and SDLC
- Have specific applicable experience working with engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage in dissuasion with stakeholders
- Superior negotiations and conflict resolution skills
- Must have an ability to build consensus within large diverse groups with competing interests
- Work in collaboration with others to foster teamwork, resolve problems and steer teams toward making sound decisions
- Ability to manage competing priorities and large egos
- Be a positive influence and bring up difficult topics that are in best interest of the business.
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and documentation skills
- Skilled public speaker that is capable of presenting to customers, clients, leadership
