- Department: Technology- Location: China,China- Responsibilities:
1) 负责商家站外广告投放相关的产品能力设计(大媒体对接Meta GG等),结合业务现状推动创新迭代,为媒体合作伙伴的引入、成长、留存负责,为投放效率负责;
2) 深刻理解业务形态,以提升商家与媒体渠道之间的撮合效率为目标完成产品全链路设计,包括但不限于设计商业模式、归因策略、互动玩法等;
3) 协同内部团队,建立高效协同的合作机制,有效推动项目落地;

1) Responsible for the product design related to the external traffic products. Promote the innovation and iteration of external traffic products based on the current business situation, and be responsible for the growth, and retention of media partners;
2) Deeply understand the business form, and complete the product full-link design with the goal of improving the matching efficiency between sellers and partners, including but not limited to the design of business models, attribution strategies, interactive gameplay, etc.;
3) Collaborate with the internal team, establish an efficient and collaborative cooperation mechanism, and effectively promote the implementation of the project;

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(Must have):
1) 3年及以上商家端或者商业化产品工作经验;
2) 有较强的英文沟通及写作能力;
3) 有较强的商业数据敏感度,能够基于数据分析提出策略优化方向;
4) 有明确的owner意识,内外部团队合作意识,具备资源整合及解决问题的能力;

1) 3 years or more working experience in Internet advertising or commercial products;
2) Strong English communication and writing skills;
3) Have a strong sensitivity to commercial data, and be able to propose strategic optimization directions based on data analysis;
4) Have a clear sense of ownership, awareness of internal and external teamwork, and the ability to integrate resources and solve problems;
