Estamos buscando un(a) B2B Enteprise Insight Sales Executive

Ubicación: El Salvador

Objetivo del puesto: Renovar los servicios de clientes existentes, incluyendo móviles, internet, enlaces de datos entre otros, así como cualquier producto digital que el cliente pueda tener. Contará con una cartera de clientes asignada sobre la cual tendrá una meta de renovación mensual, buscando generar upsell y manteniendo el control del downsell y el churn.

Principales **Responsabilidades**:
Renovación de servicios de clientes en cartera- Renovar los servicios vencidos de los clientes que pertenecen a su cartera- Uso de las herramientas necesarias para logro de metas (Renovador Móvil, PB, calculadora, Sales Force,etc).- Cumplir la meta mensual de renovación y baja de servicios cumpliento con las políticas correspondiente.- Mantenimiento de clientes en carter- Control sobre las bajas de servicios

Requisitos:
Graduado universitario de Administración de Empresas, marketing o carreras afines.
Manejo intermedio de paquetería de Microsoft 365.
Experiência mínima de 2 años en puestos similares que incluyan las telecomunicaciones.

- Habilidades comunicativas- Atención al detalle- Habilidad de negoción y resolución de conflictos- Compromiso con la mejora continua y adaptación a cambios
