**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a leading renovations and home remodeling company in the U.S., is seeking an **Office Coordinator** to support our project managers and streamline office operations. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with a background in industrial engineering, architecture, or similar fields, who thrives in an organized, tech-savvy environment and can maintain seamless communication with our project managers in the field.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the office liaison for project managers, ensuring smooth communication between the office and field teams.
- Manage and update the company’s CRM system with real-time project information, schedules, and reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked and met.
- Use your knowledge of industrial engineering, architecture, or construction to provide critical project support.
- Leverage advanced computer skills to optimize workflows, including managing software tools and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Organize project documentation and maintain detailed records of ongoing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Degree** in industrial engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience**in an administrative, coordination, or project support role (construction industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency with computers, office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems), and familiarity with construction project tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MB).
- Quiet workspace suitable for video calls and uninterrupted work.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Trial Period (3 months): Competitive salary starting at S/.2,500 per month.
- Post-Trial: Salary increases to S/.3,000 per month.
- Half-month salary bonuses in July and December.
- Paid US Holidays.
