**About the Unit**:
At this moment, we are looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor responsible for planning and execution at site level to deliver products on time attending customer service and transportation requirements (fulfillment process).

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring that the delivery forecast is executed on time; daily coordination of transportation to meet commercial terms.
- Monitor and measure dispatch and transportation KPI’s (on time deliveries, dispatch turnaround times).
- Responsible for ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met by all transportation supporting Yara’s deliveries.
- Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) in updating sales delivery programming.
- Support development and continuous improvement Service Level agreement between Commercial and Supply Chain.
- Lead a team responsible for storage of raw materials, bags, spare parts, finished products and relationship with transportation providers.
- Responsible for planning and execution of the production plant at site level to deliver products on time. Including bagging planning.
- Ensure fluent and open communication and coordination between stakeholders to guarantee a high level of service.
- Guarantee a correct process inventory control and product management, by ensuring use of Yara Inventory Management process and procedures.
- Lead the storage plan to define capacity needs and assign the spaces within the different warehouses - using Yara standard planning inputs and space planning tools - Maximizing capabilities.
- Lead and implement productivity initiatives to reduce logistics costs or to improve customer service level.
- Optimize resources - human, technical, logistics - to obtain the optimal cost per ton and ensure the best use of capital.
- Contribute to investigating and solving complaint cases related to operations and implement action plans with stakeholders involved.
- Ensure fulfillment of Yara standards in Safety, Quality and Product Stewardship.
- Ensure the product handling in a safe and optimums way at site level.
- Know and comply with the Policy, Safety Principles, guidelines and HESQ standards established by the company.
- Ensure that warehouse operations are executed within Yara standards and guarantee a safe workplace and operational excellence.

**Profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Business administration, Logistic and transport or another relevant field.
5 years of relevant transportation, planning and execution, and supply chain experience.
