IGT es un líder mundial en sistemas para el desarrollo de soluciones de gestión de casinos. Nuestro equipo se encarga de asegurar que los diferentes componentes del sistema se integren y proporcionen una funcionalidad estable, así como de evaluar y recomendar estándares de infraestructura y automatización de despliegue. Serás responsable de ayudar a impulsar varias iniciativas y proyectos críticos con diversos enfoques, con una guía limitada de la gestión. Se espera que brindes experiência técnica a nível mundial para los proyectos, así como que capacites a los miembros del equipo y a otros grupos sobre los productos.

**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:

- Capacidad para liderar actividades relacionadas con las mejores prácticas de seguridad operativa y de red en múltiples plataformas, incluidas instalaciones locales, en la nube y centros de datos híbridos y de colocación.
- Capacidad para redactar, proporcionar aportes y promover actualizaciones a las soluciones arquitectónicas y documentación.
- Debe tener la capacidad de solicitar, interpretar y transmitir información altamente compleja y estratégica que requiera una explicación o interpretación extensa a una variedad de audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
- Debe ser una persona proactiva, manteniéndose al día con las nuevas tecnologías emergentes relevantes para el negocio.
- Proactivamente garantizar los más altos níveles de disponibilidad de sistemas e infraestructura mediante monitoreo, pruebas, validación de rendimiento y administración.
- Trabajar con otros equipos multifuncionales para identificar y resolver defectos de plataforma o servicios que impacten nuestros productos, servicios y clientes.
- Capacidad para liderar y mentorar directamente a personal menos experimentado en la planificación, coordinación y finalización de proyectos diarios como nuevas entregas, mantenimiento rutinario y actualizaciones de cualquier/todas las aplicaciones de software de sistemas de juego de IGT.
- Capacidad para liderar o participar en análisis comprensivos de sistemas y operaciones de hardware de servidores, configuraciones de sistemas, comunicación de redes en múltiples plataformas. Esto incluye asegurar que las tecnologías y productos más nuevos funcionen con los sistemas heredados propietarios.
- Capacidad para liderar o realizar planes de prueba para recrear problemas relacionados con el campo en uno o más entornos de laboratorio, determinar la causa raíz y entregar soluciones a los canales adecuados para abordarlos en el campo.
- Evaluar la viabilidad de ciertos conceptos, incluidos los riesgos, beneficios y las personas necesarias para llevar estos proyectos a buen término.
- Capacidad para utilizar soluciones de conectividad remota para proporcionar soporte en tiempo real en sistemas de producción mientras se cumplen las directrices de cumplimiento.
- Debe tener un fuerte entendimiento de los principios de servicio al cliente y la capacidad de trabajar con clientes (internos y externos a IGT) que poseen diversos níveles de habilidad y competencia.

**Cualificaciones**:

- Más de 8 años de experiência laboral en Ingeniería de Redes y Sistemas, Garantía de Calidad, Arquitectura de Soluciones, TI o una capacidad de soporte de ingeniería relacionada.
- Más de 5 años en diseño/creación/despliegue de infraestructuras de red distribuidas.
- Conocimiento sólido en el mantenimiento, administración, configuración e integración de infraestructura de servidores, sistemas operativos, aplicaciones y bases de datos relacionales.
- Experiência en plataformas de computación en la nube como Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure (Microsoft) y Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Fuerte comprensión de la virtualización (VMware, Windows, etc.) en relación con redes físicas (conmutación, enrutamiento y firewalls) incluyendo el diseño e implementación de topologías de red complejas.
- Entendimiento de soluciones de respaldo y almacenamiento, incluyendo (SAN, vSAN, etc).
- Competencia en automatización tanto para scripting en Windows como en Linux (BASH, PowerShell y Python).
- Habilidades sólidas en planificación y gestión de recursos.
- Servidor Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019.
- Instalación, configuración y administración de SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016.
- Comprensión de técnicas de balanceo de carga (A10, F5, Windows, etc.).
- Experiência en trabajar en áreas de alta demanda y alta presión con profesionalismo, cortesía y confianza.
- Conocimiento de la industria del juego, regulaciones del juego y operaciones de casinos.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, verbales y escritas, incluyendo habilidades de presentación.
- Amplio conocimiento de negocios que pueda integrarse con otras áreas funcionales como Marketing, Legal, Finanzas, Ventas y TI, Proveedores (internos o externos).
