**What you will do**

**The position is responsible for**:

- Operation management with 3PL (End to End process - Consumer Local & LCM Sector).
- Driving Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) initiatives with 3PL and 4PL.
- Coordinating and executing project improvements initiated locally or regionally.
- Compliance monitoring in both operations and IT.
- Partnering with commercial teams to drive and support business growth or new initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee customer service, warehouse, and distribution management with KPI monitoring for Consumer and OTC products.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at 3PL, including value-added services (repacking) and 4PL.
- Provide continuous feedback to improve 3PL and 4PL services.
- Review and challenge 3PL KPIs for yearly efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with implants, external customers, and other functions for improvement projects.
- Drive 3PL partners for continuous improvement to facilitate operational excellence and efficiency, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Initiate, plan, and execute ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, or reduce costs.
- Verify invoices: monitor W&D and transportation budget costs, including CIP, to meet the plan.
- Conduct weekly Gemba-walks and perform root-cause analysis for service complaints or improvement opportunities.
- Manage inventory: partner with the supply planning team for inventory level and health monitoring (inventory aging, SKU classification, WH layout management, space management, and destruction action).
- Act as the primary point of contact for Deliver operations, engaging with external and internal parties.
- Ensure & OTIF-D meet KPI by coordinating with 3PL/4PL to resolve issues and fix OTIF-D performance.
- Ensure compliance in operations, including Third-Party Intermediate.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure finance compliance.
- Maintain quality and EH&S compliance.
- Execute projects/initiatives both locally and regionally.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- FMCG background (OTC knowledge preferred).
- Experience in operation and process improvement (warehouse and transportation management preferred).
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis.
- Order management expertise.
- Proficiency in SAP and planning.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
