- As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts, working closely with the Growth team to develop and execute effective strategies that directly impact sales revenue targets and lead generation. Your role will encompass the full spectrum of growth marketing, from crafting and supporting a compelling Go-To-Market strategy to optimizing user engagement throughout the marketing funnel.**What You'll Love Doing**:

- ** Growth Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive GTM plan in collaboration with Product and senior leaders.
- Drive alignment between marketing strategy and overall business objectives.
- **
Technology Stack and Data Management**:

- Segment user data to enable personalized communication and track user engagement through the marketing funnel.
- **
Content Development and Messaging**:

- Create core messaging and content for the brand and product, emphasizing evergreen content, product story, benefits, and features.
- Collaborate with Design and Product to design a successful product marketing-based growth system.
- **
Growth Outcomes and Metrics**:

- Define and prioritize growth metrics at each funnel stage, from SEO ranking to revenue generation.
- Direct growth efforts towards increasing these metrics through innovative strategies.
- **
Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Lead and collaborate with the Product marketing copywriter in content development.
- Partner with senior leaders and growth team members to develop aligned marketing strategies and digital campaigns.
- **
Lead Generation and Qualification**:

- Work closely with growth leaders to understand lead generation needs and ensure the acquisition of qualified leads.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing for internet platforms or products.
- Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital media planning and buying on self-serve platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing goals.
- Creative thinker willing to take risks and experiment to drive results.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a relatable manner.
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in startup environments and building marketing stacks is a plus.
- Experience managing creation and promotion of content across all stages of a customer’s journey to drive business outcomes
- Storyteller with proven visual and written communication skills and the ability to present complex information simply with a relatable, human touch
- You should be a creative, customer focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills who value cross-functional team collaboration in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
