**DUTIES**:
Incumbent is responsible for all passport and citizenship matters in the American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit and serves as point of contact for diplomatic passport issues with the Special lssuance Agency. lncumbent reports to ACS Special Consular Services Specialist (Supervisor) and ACS chief.

**EXPERIENCE**:
At least three years of experience providing customer service is required.

**EDUCATION**:
At least two years of college/post-secondary studies is required.
