**Our Requirement**:

- Coding at/near a principal level
- Bias for shipping (but not a cowboy)
- Startup mindset: willing to do what needs to be done; adaptable; self-starter
- Experienced in React best practices
- Experience in API design; collaboratively
- Ability to strategically align with UX/Design
- Ability to strategically align with product from development standpoint
- Mentor / multiplier — makes everyone around them better.
- Passion for learning
- Collaborative; smart but never obstinate
- Remote-ready: self-disciplined, asks for help; desires this
- Tests code (automated and manual) and willing to do that
- PR reviews are friendly and about learning and coaching
- Can figure out how to code a solution to a story problem
- Understanding of data structures
- Understanding of APIs
