Bilingual Intake Specialist (English & Spanish)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and gather necessary information to evaluate the viability of cases.
- Execute valid leads into clients by initiating the setup of cases in Casepeer.
- Answer calls and direct them to case managers as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an intake specialist.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads effectively.

Software Knowledge:

- Proficiency in CASEpeer is preferred, but training will be provided if coming from another software.
- Microsoft Word for document preparation.
- Microsoft Outlook for communication.
- Adobe for handling digital documents.
- DocuSign for electronic signatures.
