Salesforce Developer

PPS is a company that provides numerous off-shore services to our stateside affiliates (law firms). It specializes in offering workforce solutions backed by strong technological systems and a team focused on helping the final client. We focus on providing pre-litigation and discovery assistance in the form of case progression analysis and documentary support.

As an in-house Salesforce Developer, you will work with our lead developer to design and develop customized solutions within our Salesforce database,Litify. Your objective will be to meet the needs of internal users and managers (such as attorneys, paralegals, and medical professionals). Our firm has more than 150 users working in 4 different countries.

Your main focus will be code changes, code deployments, bug fixes and code reviews. Our business needs are always evolving, so expect a steady stream of new projects, large and small.

Our Salesforce Developer will work closely with our lead developer and a cross-functional team of 3-5 co-workers who collaborate on requirements, development, documentation, testing, and user training.This team will be encouraged to follow Agile software development principles, such as self-organization and working from a product backlog. Your lead developer will be responsible for project management.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet with our development team to scope projects and understand priorities.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform (specifically, the Litify add on).
- Troubleshoot and bug fix.
- Collaborate with teammates on documentation, testing and training.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or significant employment experience in Salesforce development).
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Apex, Flows, LWC and SOQL. (Othercoding knowledge is a plus.)
- Experience in configuration changes necessary.
- Desire to continuous learning to solve problems
- Strong communication and other interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills.
- Fluency in English.
