- Check the arrival and departure dates of each reservation, receive and/or dismiss guests by performing Check-in and Check-out on their shift, verifying that the guest record is with the correct data in the operating system.
- Attend and provide help to guests during their shift: wake up, recommendations, assistance, medicines, oxygen, food and drinks, etc.
- Attend and adequately respond to internal and external telephone calls that arise during their shift.
- Keep daily control of the issuance of Documentation and Payment Receipts (Guest Registration, Invoices, Sales Tickets, Credit Notes, etc.), by work shift and day.
- Review the notebook of occurrences in order to solve the inconveniences or complaints that arise during their shift.
- Carry out the daily closure of the Hotel's operating system, for the change of date.
- Carry out the daily closing of the transactions carried out in the Hotel's POS.

**Requisitos**:

- Knowledge of hotel management system with reports to the Hotel Manager and Accounting.
- Minimal experience of 6 months is required.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work in Arequipa.
