Hemos formado un equipo de Ingenieros de software, diseñadores de productos y especialistas en negocio para dar forma a Conversia. Una plataforma avanzada de asesores digitales impulsados por Inteligencia Artificial, diseñada para ayudar a las empresas a volver a conectar y conversar con sus clientes.

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades de la plataforma y mejorar las existentes aplicando buenas prácticas de desarrollo, patrones de diseño de software, utilizando metodologías ágiles SCRUM para la asignación de tareas dentro de los cronogramas preestablecidos para nuestro producto.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipos de ingenieros en el diseño y desarrollo de nuestra arquitectura conversacional única.
- Alinear con otros equipos para ofrecer una experiência de usuario unificada y fluida en todas nuestras funcionalidades.
- Crear interfaces de usuario que puedan manejar interacciones simples y complejas.
- Definir y ejecutar una estrategia de ingeniería para escalar nuestra base de código y llevar nuestras aplicaciones al siguiente nível.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tecnologías web y AI y mantener informados a sus compañeros de equipo según corresponda.
- Adherirse a las políticas y estándares de conducta de la empresa.
- Informar de incidencias y anomalías o debilidades observadas.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
Estamos contratando Ingenieros de Software que quieran construir soluciones empresariales basadas en Inteligencia Artificial & CRM.

Además, deberá poseer conocimientos avanzados en Python, Procesamiento de NLP, Mejora y Análisis de Datos y Aplicaciones a Escala de AI generativa Multimodal, con experiência interactuando en Langchain, LLamaIndex, y HuggingFace, Tensorflow.

**Opcionales**:

- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado, o experiência equivalente.
- Más de 3 años de experiência en desarrollo de software back-end.
- Conocimientos en Git.
- Fuerte conocimiento en arquitectura orientada a microservicios.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Inglés: nível intermedio alto (es bueno tenerlo).
