Leads multiple teams and development of teams to improve standards within Claims, to achieve internal KPIs and ensure client satisfaction for claims advocacy services

Liaises with Operations team regarding claims processing and client feedback, manages escalated issues and oversees key risk areas to facilitate smooth functioning of the claims process in order to support generation of revenue for team

Studies reports on productivity and achievement of targets of team including revenue and budget, and takes resultant action in order to improve department's productivity and achievement of targets including revenue and budget.

Manages departmental performance, efficiency initiatives & manages effective management initiatives of shared operations by challenging existing practices and driving innovative solutions in order to achieve quality, compliance and productivity targets in the function.

Drives a positive and supportive environment within department in order to encourages staff motivation and effectiveness and drives regional or global relationships and collaborates across the enterprise, and shares best practice in order to contribute to business growth and generation of revenue for department or geography
