Business Development Officer

Requisites:
OBSc Degree in a Business related field
OExperience in Sales or any other relevant field.
OExperience in bargainings B2B, with a least of 3 years
OAvailable to travel abroad (meeting with clients)
OLanguages: Advanced English.

**Responsibilities**:
OSpends significant time abroad at each country that the Company has presence at
OSupports the implementation of the market penetration and expansion strategy, of each existing and future country of operation
OHas an excellent knowledge of the Company-s products, services and promotion actions, and how these compare to competitors
- offerings. Effectively promotes them to clients and IBs
OUnderstands the culture of each market and the respective clients
- and IBs
- needs. Identifies and suggests relevant services and promotional activities
OIdentifies, evaluates and suggests new business development opportunities and actions in existing and potential countries of operation
OIdentifies Business Associates and IB-s in each specific country. Establishes and maintains excellent relationship with them. Continuously monitors, coaches and trains them to represent and promote the Company in the best possible way
OHolds frequent meetings with clients as necessary. Promotes and maintains excellent business relationships
ORecruits, supervises, coaches and develops the local Business Development team
OMaintains excellent relationships with each local staff at all countries of operation
OActively participates in the organisation and delivery of seminars, gala events, IBs road tours and other promotional, networking and business development activities that take place in each country of operation
OReceives and evaluates requests and inquiries from clients, IB-s and Business Associates and cooperates with the relevant departments to immediately address them
OProduces relevant analysis and reports in each country
OHas a very well knowledge of the relevant legal and compliance guidelines (including Anti
- Money Laundering) and ensures that these are properly followed.
OAlways acts for the best interest of the Company and cooperates with team members to deliver a high quality of service
OOffers services related to the above tasks and projects to any of the Companies of the Group as instructed by the Line Manager

**Benefits**:
ORemuneration: S/. 7,000. 00 soles.
OEntry to the general payroll with all benefits according to Law.
