Responsibilities:

- Perform account receivable and payables as requested - Assist in reconciling daily deposits - Prepare month end reports - Perform Bank / Credit card reconciliation duties - Process, prepare, and record invoices and Vendor bills - Verify, ascertain and determine the correctness of financial data - Perform collection reconciliation to maintain and update status of collections. - Prepare monthly reports regarding payments from third parties including law firms - Prepare and maintain invoices and payable details - Prepare and record day to day invoices - Able to complete efficiently making deadline. - Develop strong relations with our client’s accounting teams and implement a quarterly process to obtain written confirmation of invoices purchased from them on behalf of our investors - Other ad hoc accounting tasks as requested - Assist upper management and any department on any task they may need help with.

**Requirements**:

- Three (03) years of strong experience of QuickBooks Online - Excellent communication skills. - Computer and data entry skills. - Bi-lingual

**Salary**: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month
