Asegurar la integridad de la berries de nuestros productores y exportadores, así como los 3 PL’s y las operaciones asociadas a los procesos de Driscoll’s, mediante asesoría, supervisión e implementación de los sistemas de inocuidad alimentaria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Asesoría, implementación y seguimiento del Sistema de gestión de inocuidad alimenaria: Implementación y seguimiento del cumplimiento según plan comercial manteniendo comunicación con las unidades de negocio en los requerimientos normativos.
- Visitas a campo, muestreos de fruta, evaluación de terrenos, evaluación de fuentes de agua, Seguimiento a situaciones complejas (incidentes con plaguicidas).
- Asesoría a los productores en sistema integrado de inocuidad, auditorías de terceras partes y de clientes.
- Capacitar al productor en normas globales de inocuidad alimentaria.
- Capacitación y apoyo al productor para la acreditación de la auditoria de tercera parte (GlobalG.A.P. SMETA, Grasp, Orgánico y clientes).
- Evaluar el seguimiento e implementación del programa de inocuidad en los 3 PL’s correspondientes a cada zona.
- Muestreos pre-cosecha, de fruta, de agua e instalaciones básicas de la operación
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de normativa FSVP para productores y exportadores.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Profesional titulado Licenciatura o Ingeniería en agronomía, alimentos o afín
- al menos 2 años de expericiencia Laboral en el área de Inocuidad Alimentaria.
- Experiência en: Implementación de sistemas de inocuidad, agrícolas, industrias de los alimentos, microbiología y química, administrativa.
- Manejo de idioma inglés Intermedio-avanzado
- Experiência en manejo de equipos al menos 1 año
- manejo de herramientas Excel Intermedio
- Comunicación efectiva a todo nível
- Proactividad, habilidades de negociación, análisis, trabajo en equipo
- Licencia de conducir al día.
