**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The South Andean Sr Finance Manager is responsible for leading Strategic and Annual Operating Plan and generation of Forecasts, The role is key in driving business decisions and profitability outcomes by insightful analysis of all financial drivers that help inform and contribute to the success and growth of South Andean Region.

This position key accountability is to estimate future financial outcomes for Total Company through historical internal accounting and sales data, in addition to external information over a given period of time, in order to anticipate impacts for the businesses and to develop short and long-term performance strategies

The Finance area is responsible for the execution and forecasting of Volume & Net Revenue, analyze Direct / Indirect Costs, total opex, functional & commercial investments and value realization.

**Your Impact**

As CFO South Andean (Bolivia, Ecuador & Perú) your scope would consist of

**Strategic planning**:

- Lead the process to identify gaps vs. AOP and propose to CFO and MUL to achieve annual targets
- Responsible for AS financial business performance management and visibility and develop short and long term growth strategies, and provide financial support that enable objectives accomplishment.

**Financial Forecasting & Reporting**:

- Generate and communicate financial algorithm - Construct and align with financial forecast
- Execute forecasts integration and tracking
- Designed tools to identify Risks (scenarios) for decision making

**Planning Information Office**:

- Lead and link MCC Team in order to correct build up of Actuals / FCST / AOP P&L lines.
- Define guidelines, calendar, templates for financial information communication to Andean
- Responsible for Colombia monthly financial reviews for CFO / GM
- Coordinate financial communication (key messages) and presentations

**Procurement Finance**:

- Lead and link MCC Team in order to correct build up of Actuals / FCST / AOP P&L lines.
- Define guidelines, calendar, templates for financial information communication to Andean
- Responsible for Colombia monthly financial reviews for CFO / GM
- Coordinate financial communication (key messages) and presentations

**Strategic planning**:

- Guarantee long term Strategic plan for AS, in order to reach long term targets and land current AOP Targets
- Manage long term investment plans for Colombia to guarantee future sustainable growth
- Definition and assignment of targets to different sales channels and functions according to the commitments growth for Andean

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engeeniering, MBA preferred but not required
- MS Office, particularly MS Powerpoint and Excel a must
- + 10 years years in FP&A, Commerical/Supply Chain Finance Support or Strategic Planning
- Develops persuasive, focused communications to enable management decisions
- Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
- English - Fluent
- Spanish - Fluent
- Advanced Finance Knowledge.
