**Job Purpose**:
Brindar apoyo en los ámbitos de soporte técnico y servicio, proporcionar ideas para la creación de planes detallados de alto nível, resolución de problemas técnicos. El performance assurance trainee también se encarga de aprender sobre Los productos Modular y apoyar con ideas para oportunidades de mejora, el uso del sistema y la navegación, otro de los roles del performance assurance trainee será realizar el seguimiento y soporte a los planes de acción para concretar las oportunidades de mejora identificadas en cada cliente. Otras funciones del Performance Assurance Trainee son el apoyo con generación de reportes de seguimiento, comunicación efectiva interna y con los clientes.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Soporte técnico y servicio**
- Apoyar en la creación de planes detallados y de alto nível para cada visita de Performance Assurance.
- Brindar ideas para la resolución de problemas técnicos y correcciones junto con la asistencia de los ingenieros y técnicos.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación al sitio de visita para la creación de un plan de acción e informes correspondientes.

**Cumplimiento**
- Apoyo en el Monitoreo de los equipos técnicos de campo, coordinar los requisitos y fechas de las tareas.
- En coordinación con el equipo PA, asignar recursos oportunos para las visitas al sitio.
- Apoyo en el seguimiento de KPIs de minería desarrolladas para cada cliente.
- Apoyo en el seguimiento de oportunidades de mejora encontradas en las diferentes visitas

**Required Skills**:

- Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Electrónica, Minería o Informática.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales
- Fuerte predisposición para aprender temas técnicos en hardware/software relacionados a los productos de intellmine en operaciones mineras.
- Excelentes habilidades de planificación y cumplimiento.
