**DevOps TL**

We are looking for a DevOps to lead Will be supporting the US operation, this projects customers are very matured, enterprise level customers having very huge foot print on cloud, issues are complex. TL and Senior members have strong programing / debugging skills.

We offer stability and flexibility to integrate into work groups and challenging projects.

**Academic/training requirements**
- At least 5 years of previous experience as DevOps or a Senior Software Developer
- BS in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or associate.
- Knowledge of programming languages: Java and Python
- Secondary vocational training area: DevOps and CI/CD, Software development methodologies
- Language: Spoken English Advanced (B2+ or C1)

**Specific technical knowledge required**
- Java and Python
- OpenSearch, Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Familiarity with most of the following technologies: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), CI/CD systems (TeamCity/Jenkins), Docker, RESTful APIs

**Responsibilities with experience required**:

- Team Coordination and Communication, Project Planning and Execution
- Collaboration with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Assist in problem-solving and decision-making related to technical challenges.
- Implement and refine DevOps processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify areas for automation and orchestration to streamline workflows.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Implement monitoring tools and practices to track system performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of infrastructure as code scripts for automating the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure components.
- Ensure version control and documentation practices are followed for IaC scripts.
- Lead the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Monitor and enhance pipeline efficiency, addressing bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Manage and optimize the usage of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to meet scalability, performance, and cost requirements.
- Execute incident response plans to address system failures or security incidents promptly.
- Ensure that security practices are integrated into the DevOps processes, including code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security measures.

**Collaboration Scheme**
- Type of contract: Direct contract, Full-time, Indefinite contract.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, PT Time / For this opportunity Oncall shifts every 6 weeks are required
- Modality: Onsite, from Surco, Lima
