Virtual Assistant

**Contract**:6 months initial term with the view to extend

**Hours**: 10AM to 7PM Peru Standard Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collects, compiles, and analyzes research data
- Prepares or assists in preparing reports of research findings. Assists in planning, developing, coordinating, and administering research projects
- Creates presentations and write company correspondence
- Completes data entry, collect transactions, track debits, and maintain and monitor financial records.
- Coordinates with clients and lawyers

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree in Business Management or related field
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Computer literacy and strong mathematical, analytical, and research skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
- Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
