Digital Marketing Specialist/social Media Operations

The Company is located in Miami, FL, USA. As a well-capitalized business, we operate across 20 states, providing cash flow solutions to both residential and commercial property damage providers who play a critical role in helping communities recover after devastating natural disasters. These businesses often face cash flow challenges due to delayed payments from insurance companies. Our mission is to use brand awareness and digital marketing to educate and inspire as many businesses as possible to leverage our services for faster community recovery and sustained business growth.

Key Skills and Experience:
1. Fluent in both English and Spanish.

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Marketing.

3. Minimum of 3 years of prior experience or a relevant degree.

4. Excellent design skills, proficient in Adobe, Photoshop, and Canva.

5. Proficient in social media content creation, including posts and video editing.

6. Comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT and others.

7. Expert in managing all digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Demonstrated proficiency in growing Facebook pages and YouTube accounts is essential.

8. Consistently engaging with and expanding the audience on all social media platforms, including likes, comments, DMs, etc. Achieving at least 300 interactions per day.

9. Proven experience in lead generation through digital marketing channels.

11. Expertise in social media, with a focus on building engagement.

12. A positive and proactive attitude, always looking at the glass as half-full, with great initiative.

13. Flexibility and responsibility, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

14. A true team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and approach tasks with a can-do attitude.

15. Accountability - you must be comfortable taking ownership of your results.

16. Most importantly, the ability to be PROACTIVE without needing hourly follow-ups.

Your Daily Tasks:
1. Collaborate within the marketing team to implement a digital marketing plan designed to achieve our dual goals of enhancing brand awareness and generating leads.

2. Prepare engaging content for social media platforms.

4. Cultivate and expand digital relationships to advance our objectives and achieve superior results.

5. Perform daily outreach via ClaimPay social media platforms, targeting a minimum of 300 accounts.

6. Ensure the daily organic growth of ClaimPay social media platforms, with at least 50 new followers and following 10 new accounts.
