**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate project estimates based on client meetings and finalized landscape designs.
- Develop material lists and allocate labor for each project to ensure efficient planning.
- Calculate gross profit margins and ensure estimates align with company financial goals.
- Use Jobber CRM to manage estimates and track project details effectively.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to refine estimates and optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct internal reviews of all estimates before submitting proposals to clients.
- Adjust estimates based on feedback to maintain accuracy and profitability.

**Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to estimating processes, material costs, and labor rates.
- Familiarity with estimating software and CRM platforms (or willingness to learn; experience with Jobber is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Willingness to learn about local codes and permitting processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Experience in landscaping, construction estimating, or a related field. (is a plus)
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection(200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (1hr lunch)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

Pay: S/.3,130.00 - S/.3,680.00 per month
