We are looking for a full-time recruiter who can help our client with our business. This opportunity is for a skilled and experienced recruiter who can help streamline the recruitment process and deliver results. Someone who is high in EQ, great in communication, and can work mainly in the US Time Zone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Market Research:
- Analyze labor market trends and salary benchmarks in the region.
- Identify key industries, companies, and competitors in the local job market.
- Assess cultural and language nuances that may impact recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing:
- Pipeline Management
- Job Advertising
- Write compelling job descriptions tailored to local preferences.
- Select appropriate job boards, forums, and social media platforms for posting.
- Optimize job listings for search engines to increase visibility.
- Interview Coordination:
- Reference Checks:
- Offer Negotiation:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create competitive compensation packages.
- Onboarding Support:
- Liaise with HR teams to ensure all necessary onboarding paperwork and processes are completed.
- Stay in touch with new hires during the onboarding period to address any concerns.
- Gather feedback on the onboarding experience to make improvements.
- Data Analytics:
- Regularly analyze recruitment data, including source effectiveness and time-to-fill metrics.
- Generate reports to provide insights into the recruitment process's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar position (at least 3 years)
- Preferably from these countries**:Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, Venezuela, Paraguay, and Honduras**.
- Has experience in people management
- Familiarity with advanced LinkedIn search and messaging features.
- Knowledge of video interview platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Understanding of how to leverage social media for recruiting purposes.
- Proactive: You take the initiative in identifying talent and driving the recruitment process.
- Has a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

**Salary**: S/.2,900.00 - S/.3,050.00 per month
