**J**ob Description**:
This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of post writing. Classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agency clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations and Customs Regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and coordination of Customs procedures.
- Daily report to clients on the status of shipments.
- Attention to requests, requirements and complaints regarding customer operations.
- Compilation and analysis of customs documents.
- Knowledge of classifying, preparing and numbering DAMs.
- Coordinate the operation of import, export and various regime offices, with the various logistics operators.
- Direct contact with the customer.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduates of the International Business Administration / Foreign Trade Program, related and complementary.
- 1 year experience in document management and procedures with maritime and air warehouses.
- Experience in confirmation of freight, handling and administrative expenses.
- Experience in permit procedures with public entities.
- Solid knowledge of the General Customs Law and its Regulations.
- Knowledge of tariff classification, taxation and customs valuation.
- Knowledge of the various customs regimes: imports, exports, temporary and suspensive, as well as customs operations.
- Knowledge and use of SINTAD customs software.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Intermediate level English (preferred).
