**Responsibilities**- Deliver Volume, Revenue and Profit according to Annual Operating Plan- Design and assure the commercial strategy is executed on time and according to the yearly planning- Support on preparation of Joint Business Planning, 3YP, Annual Operating Plan and all other Franchise Fundamental processes required, support on bottler´s alignment.- Support Marketing Managers in the development and implementation of local marketing programs designed to create brand equity and volume growth- Follow up business results/ identify growth opportunities with the bottlers on a regular basis. Deliver action plan- Follow up bottler’s trade execution- Support the sales teams in the bottlers to manage the relationship with Key Customers in the country- Responsible for developing and managing volume sales reports and scorecards for the business- Responsible for developing and managing internal brand investment/expenses reports- Delivering of POR presentations for Top Management monthly- Responsible for the cooperative budget management and negotiation- Work with the Marketing support staff to ensure brand/ trademark/consumer consistency on all activities- Assist Bottler in development of trade promotion and category management plans in coordination with sales team- Work with the sales support staff to leverage Best Practice tools for the bottler (e.g. Pricing Architecture)

**Qualifications**- University Degree (business administration, Marketing related)- MBA desired- 8+ years of experience in consumer goods, preferred in franchise business model- 8+ years of experience leading multifunctional business solutions programs/projects- Understanding of commercial operations (channels, customers, attention models, segmentation, execution) in consumer goods industries- Understanding of revenue growth management strategies in consumer goods industries- Success in making data-driven decisions and delivering results- Understanding of internal business metrics (P&L, total systems economics), external sources such as Retail Audit (i.e. Nielsen). Desired: Shoppers Home Panel (i.e. Kantar), Brand Health (i.e. BMS), Global Data (QRSR, LRB Sizing)- Past Roles: Sales, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Intelligence- Top Skill Required: FMCG Commercial Strategy- Functional Skills: Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Route to Market/Go to Market- Business Skills: FMCG Industry, Matrix/Cross-functional Organizations- English language
