Site Superintendent

Palgag is performing and executing for US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) the Revitalization of Namru-6 Building 1 Callao Naval Base, lima, Peru and is actively recruiting for a qualified SSI Engineer to become an integral part of its project team

The following are the major roles and responsibility of the Superintendent

Position: On-site Superintendent

Person in charge of all on-site operations for a renovation construction of the Project in Lima Peru.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site coordination for all phases of project, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.

**Requirements**:
Must have minimum of 5-year experience as an on-site superintendent, **for buildings construction projects,** managing multiple trades and subcontractors on complex projects

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Degree in civil Engineering highly desired

The projects listed in the resume of experience must clearly reflect at least 5 years of on-site superintendent experience and the duties that were performed.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: S/.218,000.00 - S/.432,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lima, Lima: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Government Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
