**Directa24** is a 360 payment technology platform for Latin America, Asia and other emerging markets. We operate as a payment processor, making it simple and risk-free for our customers and partners. The biggest gaming, gambling and Forex companies trust Directa24 to effortlessly manage their payment expansion and drive payment conversions.

This role will be part of our new business development - **TuPay**

We are a spinoff company that offers the best payment solution in Peru, for credit cards, cash, online banking and digital wallets.

We are looking for a **CEO** to join our Operations team for TuPay in Peru. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop our business strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ proven experience in Operations area or similar.
- Commercial experience and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, and IT.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Advanced English required.
- Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
