What You’ll Do:

- Configure Salesforce and other tools in our technology stack to satisfy business requirements (workflow automations, custom apps and objects, security settings, etc.).
- Handle day to day development activities on the Salesforce platform using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components and Aura.
- Develop test classes and automation to validate business logic and avoid production issues.
- Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide a gap analysis.
- Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery.
- Develop estimates for projects.
- Participate in the development lifecycle: design, development, test, document, release and follow up.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Component Framework, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience working on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
- Proficient with development tools including Apex Data Loader or Workbench.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently and use good judgment.
- Advanced English level.
