B2C Pricing Chief
Objetivo de la posición:
Responsable que todas las decisiones de Pricing de B2C maximizan los ingresos de la compañía en el largo plazo. Para ello, se requiere apoyo del Pricing Chief liderando la creación de casos de negocio y modelos ante decisiones comerciales, así como su efectiva comunicación. Adicionalmente, vela por el monitoreo de la competitividad de la industria para conocer el contexto y brindar los insights y señales de forma oportuna y articulada para la toma de decisiones.
Principales funciones:
- Diseñar los marcos conceptuales para el análisis de decisiones de cambios de precios, promociones y situaciones ad hoc bajo una perspectiva de revenue management (impacto en usuarios, ingresos, márgenes, etc.).- Contribuir en la construcción de ideas a los clientes internos a través de elementos argumentativos como: análisis, reportes, entre otros.- Transformar ideas o situaciones del negocio a soluciones analíticas vía Business Cases para evaluar escenarios.- Velar por el oportuno, correcto y amplio monitoreo de la actividad competitiva del negocio B2C.- Garantizar que las decisiones de precios y producto maximicen los beneficios de los negocios de B2C- Responsable de todas las decisiones de precio de los negocios masivos.- Desarrollar casos de negocios para la alta dirección de Tigo.- Evaluar decisiones de cambios de precios y promociones.- Velar por el cumplimiento de las decisiones de precios se ejecuten según lo acordado.- Crear de modelos predictivos para facilitar la implementación de la estrategia de la compañía.- Asegurar la mejora de la rentabilidad de los productos B2C
Requisitos:
- Graduado de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniero en Negocios, Economía o carreras a fin- Experiência previa mínimo de 5 años en áreas de precios, revenue management, Inteligencia de negocios.- Maestría: (Deseable)- Manejo avanzado de Excel, Power BI, SQL (Requerido)- Manejo de Python (Deseable)
