**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies, website performance, and customer experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain data documentation and reporting processes.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Create and manage compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROAS), and provide regular reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and ad scheduling to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Native or bilingual proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus.
