Funciones. Send the daily report for the OSP progress, including difficulties and support needed. Make resources plan, follow and control the compliance of the monthly plan: Tracking and follow the regional OSP construction schedule. Coordination and support of internal resources (including the allocation and transportation of supply chain materials, and regional material requirements, etc.). Evaluate, analyze and solve field problems that cannot be solved on the regional side regarding company policy. Negotiate with subcontractors.

**Requisitos**:
Requisitos. Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic Engineer or something else. Experience of 5 to 7 years in implementation projects of External Plant at regional level. Experience in regional and private projects. Intermediate/advanced English. Availability to travel inside the country.
