HR Analyst

**HR Analyst**:
**About the Role**:
The HR Analyst supports the implementation and administration of various agreed HR programs and/or activities. The role works within well established guidelines and under readily available advice of other HR professionals to provide general HR support to the organization.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support in the preparation of the payroll budget.
- Analyze payroll forecast and budget variations.
- Headcount control for the budget.
- Review and submit expense and bonus accruals on a monthly basis.
- Ensure terminations are correct in the HR platform.
- Explain and submit benefit settlements.
- Elaborate the vacation report.
- Validate the labor documents submitted by the new employee.
- Prepare, review and upload the delivery of payroll news (vacations, overtime, commissions and bonuses).
- Review and upload social benefits settlement payments.
- Send payroll closing information.
- Submit turnover and vacation indicators.
- Schedule and review commissions with the portfolio and sales area.
- Knowledge in labor legislation
- Attend inspections, requests and others that are requested by the Ministry of Labor and / or SUNAFIL.

**Who You Are**:

- Graduate / Bachelor's degree in administration and human resources, administration, industrial engineering or related careers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced intermediate level Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP R/3
