**About the Role**:
Join us as a Service Delivery Analyst in a global IT role and become a key player in shaping the future of our organization As an IT professional, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation, supporting business partners, and ensuring seamless IT operations worldwide.

**Your role will be multi-faceted, with exciting responsibilities that include**:

- ** Prioritization**: Play a crucial role in prioritizing IT demands, ensuring that resources are directed towards the most important projects aligned with our global initiatives. Your expertise in analyzing business needs and providing estimates will be instrumental in delivering on-time, on-budget solutions.
- ** Project Management**: Take charge of project scope, requirements, estimations, and fund management, ensuring successful and timely implementation of solutions. Your contributions will be instrumental in maximizing the efficiency of our existing systems and planning for future demand.
- ** Governance**: You'll ensure that all deliverables meet expectations and align with business priorities. Your keen eye for fit-for-purpose IT solutions will drive our success in a rapidly changing business landscape.
- ** Autonomy / Management**: You'll have the autonomy to foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and represent the Service Delivery group within the region. Your innovative ideas will be championed and, when assigned, you'll be actively involved in project delivery and deployments.

**Travel requirements**:
10% domestic and international travel.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:

- You love glass and care about sustainability and the planet
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience to the table, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- You have 3+ years of experience in the IT industry much of this in a business customer facing job role
- 3+ years of experience in business process design and working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience using structured process design methodologies and tools
- Solid understanding of integration of SAP SuccessFactors and associated People and Culture systems (payroll, time and attendance, recruiting etc.)
- Complex problems don't scare you - in fact, you thrive on finding new perspectives and creating innovative process improvements that cater to customer needs.
- You’re a good communicator, with strong project management skills
- You love challenges, working in a very collaborative environment
- Good team player
- You have strong communication skills in English - Additional languages are very welcome
