**What We Need, Requirements and Qualifications**
- Advanced bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish - Important
- Strategic thinking for short and long-term
- 3-4 years minimum proven success in consultative selling for new business generation, control of sales lifecycle using the best consultative sales methods, and closed deals for long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with Sales best practice
- Document all activities, and maintain integrity of information in Zoho CRM with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify new customer Zoho requirements and upsell to existing customers
- Analyze and understand business operations processes
- Determine and document new project Scope with a clear understanding of how multiple businesses operate, and how they integrate different departments within their business system.
- Prepare, submit, negotiate quotes and proposed contracts and follow-up for customer acceptance.
- Experience integrating multiple systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the whole InterConnecta team.
- Ensure customer resolution and expectations are met or exceeded when handling license renewals, upgrades, and general support.
- Consistent up-to-date knowledge about changes and developments in the technology industry, particularly within CRM, ERP, and Zoho.
- Attain referrals to prospective new customers, and written permission for positive customer quotes or written reviews to be used for marketing purposes.
- Participate in industry events and user groups to generate market interest. Develop local networking connections.
- Ability to travel as needed.
