**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- El servicio de soporte técnico en sitio tendrá la responsabilidad de ejercer las siguientes funciones:
- Soporte a todo el parque de PC’s y periféricos incluidos en la presente propuesta, los mismos que se encuentran ubicados en las instalaciones de EL CLIENTE.
- Responsable de resolver los incidentes de hardware y software in situ.
- Soporte a incidentes referentes a Software base el cual se menciona en esta propuesta.
- Preparación, instalación, configuración y cambio de equipos de cómputo por anomalías del equipo. Incluye clonación de equipos, backup de la información del usuario, personalización del equipo y restore de la información.
- Preparación de equipos para ser entregados al proveedor para aplicación de garantías
- Atenciones de primera línea a impresoras
- Mantener actualizado el inventario de Hardware y Software
- Mantener actualizado los soportes de licenciamiento.
- Hacer el proceso de manos remotas cuando sea necesario.
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Profesional con estudios concluidos universitarios o técnicos en sistemas, informática, electrónica, telecomunicaciones o similares.
- Curso de ITIL 4 (deseable certificado)
- 1 a 2 años de experiência profesional.
- Conocimiento en microinformática, sistemas operativos Windows, MacOs.
- Conocimiento de SAP nível básico.
- Experiência en soporte técnico remoto, soporte en sitio y microinformática.
- Resolución de incidentes y atención de requerimientos.
- Comunicación efectiva
